Ingredients:
beat well
3 eggs
add 1 1/2 c. sugar
pour in melted
1/2 c. butter
add
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla
stir in
1 pkg. or can of coconut
Directions:
1. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
2. Bake in a hot oven 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Reduce to a moderate oven 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until custard is firm and golden brown.
