Anyone for coconut. Ingredients:
beat well |
3 eggs |
add 1 1/2 c. sugar |
pour in melted |
1/2 c. butter |
add |
1 tbsp. vinegar |
1 tbsp. vanilla |
stir in |
1 pkg. or can of coconut |
Directions:
1. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. 2. Bake in a hot oven 450 degrees for 10 minutes. 3. Reduce to a moderate oven 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until custard is firm and golden brown. |
