Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/2 stick melted butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 cup coconut, grated |
1 9 -inch pie crust, fluted and unbaked |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into pie crust and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for one hour. Cool before serving |
