This is a very good frosting for any coconut cake or plain white or yellow cake... It really dresses up a cake.. Its yummy... its another recipe that has made the rounds down thru the years.... Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar |
8 oz sour cream |
2 pkg fresh frozen coconut |
12 oz cool whip |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and sour cream.
2. Add coconut and cool whiip
3. This recipe is ample for 2 cakes.
4. Or 1 4 layer cake
5. Or you may use half the frosting and freeze the other half
