1 serving = 1/4 cup Ingredients:
3 tbsp safflower oil |
1 onion, chopped |
2 cloves garlic |
1/2 tsp cumin |
3/4 tsp salt |
3 tbsp curry powder |
3 tbsp spelt flour |
3 cups water |
2 cups coconut milk |
3 tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan and saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes. 2. Add spices and cook 1 minute. 3. Add flour and cook 1 minute. 4. Stir in water slowly to avoid clumps. 5. Add coconut and tomato. 6. Simmer 1/2 hour. |
