This smoothie is perfect for a cool snack or breakfast shake during summer months when cherries are ripe. Serve it to your toddler in a small nonbreakable glass with or without a straw.
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted sweet cherries
3/4 cup ice
3/4 cup plain fat-free or low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
2. let your toddler help by: Pouring the measured cherries, ice, and yogurt into the blender with your guidance.
