Salsa dip or topping to entree Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
1/2 cup salsa |
1 red bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup red onion, chopped |
2 small tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 lime, juice of |
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped |
cilantro, chopped |
1 -2 jalapeno, seeded & chopped |
1 -2 garlic clove, crushed |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all together, toss & refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips. |
