1 cup fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, or raspberries |
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice |
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder |
4 g (4-5 packets) equal |
1/2 tsp lemon peel, grated |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Puree the berries with the apple juice. Transfer to a saucepan and add the cornstarch or arrowroot powder. Cook over medium heat until bubbly. Add in the sugar, lemon peel, and lemon juice. |
