Try this over a salad of fresh fruits and greens. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped |
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth. 2. With blender running, gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream. 3. Process until smooth. |
