This is a yummy recipe I found on . I added the protein powder to Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1/2 banana |
4 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding (i use sugar free, fat free) |
1 scoop ice cream flavored vanilla whey protein powder |
2 -3 tablespoons banana nut crunch cereal (i omit) |
ice |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy! |
