Quick and easy, very refreshing starter to a heavy meal. Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado |
olive oil |
gray salt |
fresh cracked black pepper |
grated parmasan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh out of skin trying to keep it in one piece. 2. Slice avocado lenthwise into about 5 slices. Arrange on salad plate. 3. Drizzle with olive oil. 4. Sprinkle with Gray Salt and Black Pepper. 5. Top with Parmasan cheese. |
