Fresh Apple Cake

This moist cake is tough to resist.
Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon(or to taste)
1 cup butterscotch morsels
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3 cups tart apples-peeled and chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl,mix oil,sugar and eggs.
3. In a separate bowl,sift flour,baking powder,soda,salt,and cinnamon.
4. Add to sugar mixture and mix well.
5. Stir in apples,nuts,and raisins.
6. Spread batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
7. Top with butterscotch morsels.
8. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
9. Cool completely then cut into squares.
10. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
