French's classic yellow mustard (copycat)

This recipe came in very handy when I realized we had no mustard for our hot dogs and we were 20 miles from the nearest store! This is from 'Even More Top Secret Recipes' by Todd Wilbur.
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons dry ground mustard
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon wondra flour
1/4 teaspoon salt, plus
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch paprika
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
4. Remove pan from heat and cover until cool.
5. Chill in a covered container.
