This is so yummy! It was given to me by one of my dearest friends whose mother is from France. Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/8 cup red wine vinegar (add more to taste) |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix garlic & Dijon mustard. Add salt & Pepper and mix well. Add oil and vinegar. Serve over fresh greens. |
