French Vanilla Snickerdoodles |

Made from a cake mix box, these are quick and easy to make in a dash. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine vanilla, cake mix, oil and eggs.
2. Form into balls and roll in sugar mixture. NOTE - If dough is too sticky to form into balls, let it set out about 30 minutes.
3. Place cookies on sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.

5. For added flavor add 1/4 t nutmeg to sugar mixture.
6. You can substitute French Vanilla or White cake mix if you prefer. I use French Vanilla because I like the flavor better.
