FRENCH VANILLA PUDDING COOKIES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Love Estate in Sachse, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk baking mix |
1 large box instant french vanilla pudding |
1 large egg lightly beaten |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/8 cup granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then grease 2 large cookie sheets. 2. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until dough forms then roll dough into 1 balls. 3. Place balls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets then dip flat bottom glass into sugar. 4. Press glass onto dough ball and flatten into 1/4 thick cookie then repeat with remaining cookies. 5. Bake until just golden brown on edges about 10 minutes then transfer to racks and cool. |
