French Vanilla Banana Cream Pie |

I saw this recipe in Family Circle magazine this month. I love banana cream pie and this looked so delicious and easy I just had to try it! This is a fabulous pie... little effort and oh so good! Cook time = chill time. Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced |
1 premade graham cracker pie crust |
2 cups cold milk |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages french vanilla instant pudding |
2 cups thawed french vanilla cool whip |
Directions:
1. Place banana slices in crust. 2. Pour milk into bowl. 3. Add pudding. 4. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. 5. Gently stir in one cup of Cool Whip; spoon into crust. 6. Refrigerate 4 hours. 7. Top pie with remaining Cool Whip. |
