This is a tasty breakfast treat I had often growing up. Ingredients:
1 slice bread |
1 egg |
3-4 tbsp. milk |
1 tbsp. butter/margerine |
Directions:
1. On stove, heat butter/margerine in a pan on MEDIUM until melted. 2. In a bowl, mix egg and milk. 3. Dip bread in egg-milk mixture until bread is saturated. 4. Put bread on pan. 5. Flip after about 30 seconds or until lightly browned. 6. Remove bread from pan after about thirty seconds or until both sides of bread are lightly browned. |
