French Toast With Mushrooms |

A different kind of sandwich.Once I added some cheese before putting them in the oven. Ingredients:
1 kg button mushroom |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon minced dill |
2 tablespoons butter |
salt |
pepper |
1 baguette |
1/2-1 cup milk |
1 egg |
salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional) |
Directions:
1. Wash and slice thinly the mushrooms. 2. Melt some butter in a pan and then fry them with the dill and salt. 3. Take off the heat and add a beaten egg and mix well. 4. Prepare the French toast and place a thick layer of mushrooms on top of them, smoothing with a knife. 5. Put another piece of toast on top of it and bake for 10 minutes. 6. Serve hot. |
