Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter softened |
4 eggs |
2 loaf(s) french bread 8 oz cut into small chunks |
3/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup(s) half and half |
1 cup(s) milk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
1/4 cup(s) white sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees 2. Lightly butter baking pan 3. Dice french bread using kitchen shears 4. Line bottom of baking pan with french bread 5. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with butter; let stand for 10 minutes. 6. Bake until golden on top |
