Ingredients:
1 loaf(s) challah bread |
3 eggs |
5 tablespoon(s) milk |
1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1/8 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1/8 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Slice the bread in to thick slices. Our load makes about 8 to 10 slices. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Dip slices in and cook on a low griddle. I use an electric griddle and keep it at 250 degrees. It takes a little longer, but it cooks it well! Sometimes I serve it with cream cheese and strawberries - yum! |
