Ingredients:
1 slice of whole wheat bread
1 large egg white
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 ounces light 'n fit nonfat vanilla
2 1/5 ounces of blueberries
Directions:
1. whip eggs yogurt cinnamon and extract together
2. put on bread
3. flip and cook in a skillet
4. put yogurt and berries on top
