best vegan low calorie french toast Ingredients:
1/4 cup soya milk |
1/4 cup tofu |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp maple syrup |
1 tsp flour |
1/2 banana |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. blend tofu and soy milk. Add cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. 2. Soak a slice of bread (Warburton Wholemeal 50cal) in mixture cook for 1 minute each side in pan with cooking spray. 3. Meanwhile grill banana (slice in two) finish it in pan with french toast to charr. 4. Serve with maple syrup. |
