U could include maple syrup but best advice is to use Carey's sugar free maple syrup!! So yummy and low in cals! Ingredients:
1 egg white |
1 1/2 ounces of light bread |
1/2 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. mix the egg white along with the skim milk 2. then dip 2 pieces of light whole wheat bread 3. cook it on pan until hardened and golden |
