French toast on whole wheat bread, with reduced fat milk. Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tsp brown sugar (optional) |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a wide bowl, big enough for your bread slices to fit into. 2. Dip each bread slice on both sides, enough to cover each one. 3. Cover bottom of pan with non-stick spray 4. Put dipped bread in the pan, flipping bread when necessary to cook both sides thoroughly 5. Serve with topping of preference |
