Good for a morning breakfast. My mother used to make it for me so i decided to write down arecipe which i now use. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3 slices bread |
1 cup oil |
cinnamon |
sugar |
honey |
Directions:
1. crack eggs into bowl. 2. soak bread slices in egg. 3. heat 1/4 of the cup of oil in a frying pan. 4. fry each piece until golden brown, adding more oil as you go along. 5. lay the pieces in a pile seperated by kitchen tissue to soak up unwanted oil. 6. spread with honey, syrup, sugar or jam. 7. Enjoy! |
