Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups reconstituted milk |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 dash nutmeg |
1 tablespoon sugar |
10 -12 slices bread |
oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. In a pie plate, combine the eggs and milk. Beat well. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar and beat again. Dip the bread into the egg mixture. Turn to coat both sides of each slice. Fry the french toast until the underside is golden brown. Turn and brown the remaining side. Continue this process until al of the bread has been prepared. |
