1 egg |
4 slices white bread |
1 teaspoon sugar |
oil, to fry |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Beat the egg in a bowl until light and fluffy. 2. Add the milk and mix well. 3. Stir in the sugar. 4. Then, dip each bread slice in this mixture. 5. Heat oil in a pan. 6. Fry the bread slices one by one in the hot oil, until cooked on either side. 7. Remove from pan, drain out excess oil on paper towels and serve hot. 8. Enjoy! |
