For crunch, you could sprinkle with toasted almonds. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, cut in half lengthwise |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/4 teaspoon rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon basil |
Directions:
1. In saucepan drop beans in boiling water, cover and cook for 8 minutes. 2. Drain. 3. Add mushrooms, keep warm. 4. Mix butter, rosemary, and basil. 5. Toss with beans. |
