This has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember!! SOOO SIMPLE! A meal for 4-6 for less than $5.00! Kids love it !!!
Ingredients:
1 lb bacon
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
1 onion
salt and pepper
1 (1 lb) box spaghetti
Directions:
1. Cook bacon (cut in to small pieces) and onion together until bacon is crisp.
2. While bacon is cooking, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
3. Drain spaghetti and return it to the same pan.
4. Add tomato juice, onion/bacon mixture (do not drain), salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cook on low, just until heated through.
6. Turn off heat, cover and let sit until it absorbs flavors.
