This is a must have at all of our family gatherings. There is never a crumb left! Ingredients:
1 baked 9 inch pie shell |
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons baking cocoa |
1 tablespoon crisco cooking oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the cocoa, oil and vanilla. Blend together. Add the eggs one at a time beating 3-5 minutes after each. Pour into a baked 9 Pie Crust. Top with cool whip or real whipping that has been whipped. Sprinkle the top with shaved chocolate if desired. 2. Refridgerate overnight to set. |
