Ingredients:
3 ounce(s) unsweetned chocolate melted in microwave |
1 cup(s) real butter softened |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
4 whole(s) eggs |
1 whole(s) pie shell baked and cooled |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate squares in microwave; let cool completely. Beat softened butter until light & fluffy. Add sugar & beat till light & fluffy. Add cooled chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at high speed for two minutes after each egg is added. Beat until mixture is smoothe and fluffy. Pour into cool, baked pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs prior to serving. Add whip cream topping and chocolate curls (optional) before serving. Store in fridge. |
