French Silk Chocolate Frosting |

This is a light and mild tasting chocolate icing. Ingredients:
1/4 lb butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 unsweetened chocolate squares, melted |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. 3. Beat until smooth. 4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each. 5. Chill before spreading on cake. 6. We use this on Duncan Hines Chocolate Pudding cake mix, but any cake will do. |
