12 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, salt, and pepper; stir briskly with a fork until blended. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet, rotating skillet to coat bottom; add egg mixture. 3. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are firm, but still moist. 4. Remove from heat; stir in cream. 5. Serve immediately. |
