I usually make vinaigrettes for my salads, but every once in a while I like to make this for a change. It's tangy and sweet at the same time, nice on a tossed salad with lots of tomatoes. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tsp. garlic powder |
1/4 tsp. paprika |
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce |
dashes hot/honey/soy sauce to taste |
salt and white pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients, taste for seasoning and adjust, if necessary. Chill until ready to serve. |
