This is from my sister in law. It is really easy to make and comes out soft and delicious! Ingredients:
1 (4 -6 lb) french beef roast |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
4 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons mustard |
1 cup chinese duck sauce |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup dark grape juice |
1 onion, chopped |
4 -5 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree. 2. Place the onions and garlic on the bottom of your pan. Add roast. 3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over roast in pan. 4. Bake 3-4 hours, covered. |
