1 egg, beaten |
1 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 tablespoon cream |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups rhubarb, diced |
1 pie crust |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Mix together egg, sugar, flour, cream, butter, and vanilla. 2. Fold in diced rhubarb. 3. Pour into 9-inch pie shell. 4. Crumbs: Mix together brown sugar, flour, and butter and spread on top of pie. 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees 25 minutes or until done. |
