I saw in the Beverage forum they were looking for drinks that contained Licor 43 I found this on i drink site and made an addition to the recipe. It seamed a shame to use Chambord and not add a raspberry or two to the drink. Ingredients:
1 ounce peach schnapps |
3 ounces pineapple juice |
1 ounce chambord raspberry liquor |
1 ounce licor 43 |
fresh raspberry |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in shaker with ice.
2. Strain and serve in martini glass.
3. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries in the bottom of the glass.
