This is from a cookbook that I had to created from school. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
preserves |
Directions:
1. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder; beat and add the eggs with the milk, being careful that there are no lumps. 2. Melt a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan, and when hot pour in enough to just cover the bottom of the pan. 3. Cook golden brown, then turn and cook other side. 4. Spread with the preserve and roll up. Sprinkle with sugar just before serving. |
