French Oriental Salmon Grill Source: The Vitality Cookbook by Monda Rosenberg and Frances Berkoff Ingredients:
4 salmon steaks (one-inch thick) |
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
Directions:
1. Whisk together everything but the salmon. 2. Brush over salmon. 3. Grill on barbecue 5 minutes per side, basting occasionally. |
