Ingredients:
1 onion sliced thin |
1 stick(s) butter |
1 clove(s) garlic |
1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1/8 teaspoon(s) powdered sage |
1/8 teaspoon(s) powdered thyme |
1 quart(s) vegetarian french onion stock |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft 2. Sprinkle on sugar, sage, and thyme 3. Add stock and bring to a boil 4. Spoon into small crocks, top with a toasted bread slice, cover with mozzarella cheese, and bake until the cheese is melted. |
