Try this tasty soup! Your family will love it! Ingredients:
6 slices of toasted french bread |
1/2 c. of grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 c. of shredded swiss cheese |
2 thinly sliced onions |
1/4 c. of butter |
2 tbsp. of all-purpose flour |
2 (10.5 oz.) cans of beef broth |
2 1/2 c. of water |
Directions:
1. First preheat your over to 425 degrees F. 2. Now separate your onions into single rings. 3. Then you want to saute onions in butter in pan over medium flame approx. 20 min. 4. You will want to add in flour and gradually the broth and water. 5. This will need to boil for approx. 20 min. 6. While this is boiling, toast your French Bread slices. 7. In your soup(baking)bowls, place the bread inside the bowls. 8. Pour in your soup. Springle with cheese. 9. Let this bake for 10 in. Enjoy! |
