I love holidays, so I celebrated Thanksgiving in June this year. One of my side dished to my turkey was this rice dish. everyone loved it! Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked white rice |
1 can (10.5 ounce size) condensed french onion soup |
1 can (10.5 ounce size) beef broth |
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained |
1/2 cup butter, sliced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425*. 2. In a small casserole combine rice, soup, broth and mushrooms. 3. Place butter slices on top of mixture. 4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. 5. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. |
