This is a recipe my husband brought back from a bbq once. Ingredients:
1 kg potato, cut into chunks |
250 ml light cream |
1 (30 g) package french onion soup mix |
1 cup light cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Steam the potatoes until just tender. 2. Place in a casserole dish, sprinkle with the french onion soup mix. 3. Pour cream over the top. 4. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes. |
