This is a slow cooker meatball recipe that I tried out of a slow cooker magazine... by Pillsbury...Its quick and easy and totally delicious...try it!!!!!!!! Ingredients:
2 (18 oz pack) packages frozen cooked meatballs |
1 jar savory beef gravy (12 oz) |
1 package dry onion soup mix (1 oz) |
1 tablespoon dry sherry, if desired |
Directions:
1. Place meatballs in 4 to 6 quart slow cooker. 2. In medium bowl, combine gravy, soup mix and sherry; mix well. 3. Add to meatballs, mix lightly. 4. Cover and cook on low setting for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. 5. Serve with fondue fork or long toothpicks. 6. 18 servings |
