This can be made the day before ! Ingredients:
50 g bacon, diced |
3/4 cup egg mayonnaise |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
35 g french onion soup |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 green onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat a fry pan over moderate heat. 2. Cook bacon till crispy. 3. Drain on a paper towel and cool. 4. Combine remaining ingredients, except green onion, add bacon. 5. Chill till needed. 6. Top with green onion. |
