French onion soup slow cooked with beef added Ingredients:
500 grams lean beef |
8 onions |
1 cup red wine |
3 cups beef stock |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 teaspoons sugar |
50 grams canadian bacon |
Directions:
1. brown off bacon chunks and cubed beef. 2. add onions and sugar and soften for ten minutes. 3. sprinkle flour 4. add liquids 5. cook at 180 c for ages, until beef is completely tender and lovely. |
