Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup finely chopped pecans |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine flour and pecans in a large mixing bowl; set aside. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring mixture to a boil, and remove from heat. Cool; add to flour mixture, mixing well. 3. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 4 inches apart, onto well-greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. |
