Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1 1/2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
dash of salt |
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients; beat 5 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°; bake 40 minutes. Cool. |
