A lovely french blend of herbs. Use to season meats or pasta dishes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried tarragon |
1/2 cup dried chervil |
2 tablespoons dried sage |
1/2 cup dried thyme |
2 tablespoons dried rosemary |
5 tablespoons dried chives |
2 tablespoons orange rind, desiccated |
2 tablespoons celery seeds, ground |
Directions:
1. Combine all in jar. 2. Store in a cool, dry place. 3. Crumble into recipes when using. |
