French fry poboy is a very good sandwich... classic here in nawlins... give it a try stoners yall will love this one too! Ingredients:
1 12 inch piece of french bread |
mayo lettuce and tomato or (dressed)... cheddar cheese slices are optional |
1 large idahoan potato cut into steak fries |
lots of roast beef gravy |
Directions:
1. Cut potato into steak fries and fry in deep fryer for five min 2. take piece of french bread and cut it almost all the way (side to side) leaving one side in tact and open like a book 3. next spread mayo on bread put lettuce and tomato and cheese(optional) 4. remove fries from oil when done and place them on the poboy 5. finally generously spoon or pour on hot roast beef gravy gravy should be heated while fries are cooking 6. close it up cut in half and 7. eat it or eat it when youre stoned 8. its messy but its awesome! |
